Overview Configurable Party Limit is yet another modthat allows you to change the vanilla party limit, but this time fully configurable via MCM. You can set your party limit to any number from 1 (effectively playing solo) to 20 (all vanilla companions/lots of avatars + hirelings). It also allows you to dismiss all companions with a single button press inside MCM. Installation
Download the .zip file and install using BG3MM, or use Vortex.
Requirements - Mod Configuration Menu 1.9.0+ BG3 Script Extender(you can easily install it with BG3MM through its Tools tab or by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+T while its window is focused) To uninstall, set the limit to 4 on MCM, dismiss any extra companions, save, exit, and remove this mod from the load order. You can ignore the missing mods warning upon loading the last save again.
KnownVanilla Issues
Increasing the party limit beyond 4 might cause some vanilla issues to arise, notably the Grymforge boat one. From Aether's No Party Limit page:
Additionally, although I don't expect any problems from enforcing solo (limit 1), there could be minor problems when doing so.
Compatibility Changes are performed cleanly using SE, ensuring compatibility with virtually any other mod. Using this mod alongside other party limit mods may cause unpredictable behavior depending on the load order, but there is no reason to use more than one party limit mod; the SE implementation of these other mods is almost identical. If for some reason you are using more than one of such mods, changing the party limit after loading a save on MCM will override values set by similar mods. It should also work fine on multiplayer.
Special thanks Thanks to Aether for the idea and general guidance/info about her original mod, and to Focus for some dismissal code from Lodestones. Also thanks feri ulan taufiq for the 'workers' icon from Noun Project (CC BY 3.0)

With the Party Limits Begone Mod, players are able to increase their party size from 4 to 16 total members. This means no more having to choose between all of your camp companions or going back and forth to swap people out for the convenience of having a certain Baldur's Gate 3 class type with you.
If it's just files dropped like party limit begone ( the non-pak version) then it will not disable achievements. 99% mods will disable achievements as most mods switched to paks.
Halsin will only join your party for real once you finish a major quest for him in act 2 — apparently, rescuing his entire grove and solving a refugee crisis isn't good enough for the First Druid. Whatever.
Generally if you play a D&D game or similar solo its hard at the start, but you also aren't dividing the experience between multiple characters, so you will grow faster. True for BG1-2, but BG3 doesn't actually divide XP per party member, so the advantage wouldn't be present here.
Once you're in the game, start by dismissing one of your companions to camp. Then you can start adding characters to your party (including whoever you dismissed). Now your party will max out at eight instead of four.
Baldur's Gate 3 has eight romancable characters, which includes all of your Origin characters and three potential companions you may meet along the way. These are: Astarion, Gale, Halsin, Karlach, Lae'zel, Minthara, Shadowheart, and Wyll. There are two companions you are unable to romance: Minsc and Jaheira.
A new mod called Party Limit Begone for Baldur's Gate 3 allows players to have a maximum of 16 characters in their party and supports up to eight players. The mod was created by Nexus Mods user Sildur and is aimed at players who find the base game too difficult or want to experience the chaos of larger battles.
As the name suggests, the mod allows you to ignore the four-character party limit in Baldur's Gate 3, upping your choices up to a whopping 16 characters (or eight if you're in multiplayer).
There is currently no way to remove the Illithid Tadpole parasites in Baldur's Gate 3. The twist is that once you start this 'Remove the Parasite' quest, you're offered several different options to choose from. How your story progresses ahead is up to you with what options you choose and how lucky you are.
Modding is never entirely safe. Yes you can do it, but expect the game to break every patch until the mods are updated for that patch, and maybe break permanently. Mods do work on the game (look at how many are on nexus already (and not the ones that were for the beta))..
Baldur's Gate 3 lets players have a maximum of four people in a party. This party member maximum includes your character, which means you can have three other companions join you.
There can be no more than four players (including the main character) in an active party. There are six permanent companions and four temporary companions available. Players can additionally hire up to three hirelings in addition to the companions.
A new mod called Party Limit Begone for Baldur's Gate 3 allows players to have a maximum of 16 characters in their party and supports up to eight players.
In Baldur's Gate 3 you can have a total of four characters at a time in your party, but deciding who stays behind at camp while you go running around the world can be tough. Now there's a mod that changes that restrictive party limit. Baldur's Gate 3 find Halsin: Where's the bear?
There's no limit to how many summons you can have per character that the game imposes. Given one character alone can drop 20 summons, having upwards of 50 for a whole party should be very acheivable. Sanity is a one trick pony, all you get with it is rational thought, but with crazy the sky's the limit.
